Courtney Sanford, a 32-year-old woman, had posted on Facebook at 8:33 on Thursday morning, saying, “The happy song makes me so HAPPY.” Shockingly, the police received a call about a crash at 8:34 that same morning.

According to the authorities, Ms. Sanford was driving alone on Interstate 85 in North Carolina on her way to work. For unknown reasons, her vehicle crossed the center reservation and collided with a recycling truck, causing a fire. The impact also forced another car off the road.
