Keanu Reeves<\/a>\u00a0has recently been busy filming his latest project\u00a0Good Fortune.\u00a0<\/em>The actor appeared on\u00a0The Late Show with Stephen Colbert<\/em>\u00a0earlier this week and recounted a story which had some people concerned.<\/p>\n

The 59-year-old actor shared how he broke his kneecap while filming.\u00a0Reeves, who is known for his action-packed filmography with movies like\u00a0The Matrix<\/em>\u00a0and the John Wick series, revealed how he was felled by a rather innocuous thing.<\/p>\n

Colbert<\/a>\u00a0asked Reeves, \u201cWhat happened? Who got to you?\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor replied playfully in a tough guy voice, \u201cNo one got to me,\u201d adding, \u201cAccident got to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWere you jumping from building to building? Were you doing a cartwheel past razor blades? What were you doing?\u201d Stephen further probed.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, Stephen, I was walking into the dressing room, a room. I will tell it quick,\u201d Keanu explained.<\/p>\n

Keanu shared that it happened while he was filming a scene for an upcoming comedy titled\u00a0Good Fortune<\/em>\u00a0with Aziz Ansari, and\u00a0Seth Rogen<\/a>. The three of them were in a cold plunge, and Keanu was enjoying it. After they finished, he started doing the \u201ccold shuffle\u201d in a room with protective carpets. Unfortunately, his foot got caught in a pocket as he was doing so.<\/p>\n

Keanu stood up to demonstrate what had happened by walking in front of Stephen\u2019s desk and showed how his knee gave way. \u201cAnd I spiked. Like, spiked,\u201d he\u00a0said<\/a>, mimicking what had happened to him. \u201cJust drove it into the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy patella, kneecap, cracked like a potato chip. But I didn\u2019t know that. But then once my knee was blowing up,\u201d Keanu went on.<\/p>\n

\u201cComedy is hard, man,\u201d Keanu added as a joke.<\/p>\n

Keanu had been spotted filming while on crutches in January this year with an ice pack on his knee.<\/p>\n
