These injuries, she explained, were not due to any serious illness but were instead the result of household chores.\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m a homemaker. I love chores. I love being in the kitchen,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>she said on the podcast. Ray shared that she enjoys physical tasks, from planning and preparing meals to helping her husband with tasks like carrying firewood.<\/p>\n

Rachael explained that she\u2019s always enjoyed keeping herself busy with manual labor and even admitted to having a bit of a friendly competition with her husband John when it comes to chores around the house.\u00a0\u201cI like what people consider physical work,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>she said.\u00a0\u201cI like making dinner, planning dinners, and making lists. I love physical labor, helping carry in the wood.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0However, she noted that a couple of bad falls forced her to take a break from these activities, although she didn\u2019t go into detail about how the falls happened or the extent of her injuries.<\/p>\n
